HOVERBOARD WOOD PROP Full Size 1:1 Scale (THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT HOVER) Handle With Care This HOVER BOARD is an individually hand-made & machine-made, slightly modified, version inspired by the PIT-BULL Hover Board used by Griff Tannen in the movie "Back to the Future II." The original movie prop was made quickly, out of cheap foam, only to look good on the big screen. This is a home-made version & not entirely accurate reproduction, but materials were selected for functionality & durability & still very close to accurate, & arguably better than the original. Unlike the movie prop, This Hover Board & various components are made of solid wood & hardware. A lot of time & effort was put into getting every detail just right, with the medium used. Accents on the paint have a rough skateboard-like grip tape texture (not cheap Velcro). The foot pad rotates. Unlike other Pit Bull Hover Boards for sale, this one includes the wrist straps & ropes (ropes not shown in photos) to tow three other hover boards like in the movie. The wrist straps are real neoprene & Velcro wrist wraps, but they are made to stay in their holders for display purposes only. This replica is intended to look, feel, & weigh (9lbs.) as much as a real hovering skate board. -This is a great gift for any "Back to the Future "fan -Great as a costume or Halloween accessory -Great Christmas or Birthday present -Works as a piece of art to hang on the wall for any collection This prop is very durable, but please handle with care, it will not survive an impact or severe weather conditions.
