Items are made by hand, colors may vary slightly due to different screens & color settings, please allow for small variations due to being handmade (such as visible seam or areas that are slightly discolored.) We are a small family owned business & make all items to order. A plastic straw is included as a courtesy, if it happens to arrive broken due to the roughness of the postal service we apologize but due to the increased cost of shipping we will not be able to send a replacement.
