This aeronautical map was printed by the U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey of the Department of Commerce & was issued September 6, 1962. This is not a reproduction, not a re-print, not a digital print - this is an authentic original map from the era. It concentrates on the New Mexico airspace, & the map shows Amarillo, Texas & west Texas airspace in the east, then flies over Santa Fe, Albuquerque, & the Rio Grande River, & extends as far west as Grants & Bluewater. The map is interesting as it shows the vectors & approaches to the major air spaces of the region, & shows the Radio Facilities, aerodromes (airports), air navigation light locations, plus Caution Areas, Danger or Restricted Areas, & Prohibited Areas. This map measures about 23 1/2" by 47 1/2" & has been folded as you see in the photos. It is printed in color. The map is in good condition, with no holes, no tears, no stains, no problems.
