There is a center charm that is removable/interchangeable with additional charms/links (available for purchase in my shop), & an adjustable sterling silver bracelet. The charm/link is made of five approximately 2mm by 3mm turquoise gemstones & argentium sterling silver wire. HOW TO WEAR; The bracelet adjusts by gently pulling on the dangling chains while holding the center sterling silver bead/ball clasp. The charm/link is added to the bracelet by linking the charm's "looped sides" onto the "S" clamps on either side of the bracelet!
