This "ExACT" glass piece will be shipped to you! This is a ship now item, which means that it leaves our studio quick! ONLY 1 available like this! This is a glass ball with a metal leaf enclosure. It is made so that it grips the glass ball minimizing chance for breakage. The leaves extend to about 6-7" in diameter, & the ball approximately 4-5" round. The leaves are made out of 18 gauge steel that will rust (most likely already rusted when you get it) & the stake is made out of 3/8 hot rolled steel that has been bent into a squiggle. This listing includes both pieces, although some assembly required. We will not ship the ball in place, it will be packaged separately in an enclosed box. The leaves will be shipped bent up, & you will just bend them into place. The metal portion should fit snuggly against the glass, so it may be necessary to push them in too far, & then gently push the glass down in the middle so its secure around it. Please ask questions if you are unsure of this process. It's quite simple really. We only make the metal portion. The glass balls are made by another local artisan on Whidbey Island.
