Cake toppers are packed with care & shipped in a box to prevent breakage. Please allow 3-5 business days before your item is shipped as all items in my shop are made to order just for you! -There are also expedited shipping options for USPS Services at checkout. I do not offer UPS or FedEx due to issues with late deliveries from these carriers in the past.Shipping estimates are in addition to the aforementioned 3-5 day turnaround time. How to order It's as simple as inputting your desired text in the personalization box! This option can be in the "Mr. & Mrs. Fitzgerald" or "Jay + Daisy" or "The Fitzgeralds" format. If your name ends in the following letters "s, x, z, ch, sh" you add an "es" to the end to make it plural. If your last name ends in any other letter, simply add an "s" to the end! Apostrophes are not used to make last names plural. Cake topper FAQ 1. What if I need my items sooner? - If you need a rush item or faster shipping options, please contact me in an Etsy message BEFORE ordering to make sure I can accommodate your needs. 2. What if my cake topper gets broken in shipment? - Although much care is taken in packaging items to prevent breakage, sometimes things happen! A new cake topper will be sent quickly if yours arrives damaged. 3. My item is in transit but the carrier is taking longer than normal, what do I do? - Once the item is in the hands of USPS, I can't do much about its progress. I find that signing up for tracking updates via text or email tends to get it moving in the system again. If your item appears lost please contact me & I will look into it further. 4. I changed my mind / I want to cancel my order. - Once production has begun we cannot cancel an order (usually within the first 24 hours of order) as all items are custom made & cannot be resold.
