Vintage Small Sand Pail / Bucket: Clowns on Stripes, Lithograph, Tin, Ohio Art 1960s Look at this sweet sand pail/bucket (which one do you call it?). From the 1960s, this small lithographed tin pail from The Ohio Art Company shows fun scenes of clowns...clowning around. (Bad jokesorry!) This pail has been used & has made lots of sand castles; it has some scratches, & paint loss...which I have tried to show in the pictures.
