If your order is multiple items we will combine packages if possible & refund the overcharged shipping fee If we do overcharge shipping. If your order is larger, taller, or heavier, we may change the carrier to match the shipping amount you paid. We do our best to process & ship your order out within 1-3 business days after payment is received. It may take longer for multiple or large items. We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the size & weight of the package. The shipping process is usually 2-4 days. We also can schedule your shipping date to avoid holiday/weekend transit holds or extreme weather. If you wish to delay shipping or schedule transit time for your order, please contact us immediately after purchase as we would be happy to ship the item on your requested shipping date. Please check your local weather forecast before placing your order. If your local weather is below 40 degrees on nights, we recommend you add a heat pack. Shipping labels are automatically created from the information you have entered into the platform. Any shipping address errors will not be refunded. If the product is returned to us & still in good health, we can reship it at the customer's cost. Please check your address before checkout. We are not responsible for the wrong address. RETURNS & ExCHANGES We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Due to the nature of the products we handle, it is the customer's responsibility to open their package & inspect it upon arrival & communicate any discrepancies within 24 hours by sending us a message with the description of the problem along with supporting photos. We ensure the quality of the product & sound packaging for the safest delivery possible. We have no control over your shipment once it has been shipped & we cannot guarantee the plants will survive if they're left in your post office box or mailbox for an extended period of time. You can set up text alerts with the USPS website to alert you when the package with your tracking # has been delivered. The seller is not responsible for USPS delays or damage. I will work with you to submit a claim. Please purchase additional insurance if needed, USPS priority covers up to $50. All live plant sales are final. If your plants arrive damaged or there is a problem with your order, please message me with a photo of the original packaging, including the box & plants.
