All graphics & fonts shown on sample are included. Please be advised that the more text you try to include on your piece, the smaller it will need to be made to fit on the 3 included lines of text underneath the realtor's name. If you have questions about the amount of text you wish to include, please reach out before placing your order. This sign comes with the exact design shown on the sample photo with your personalized information plugged in unless the Custom Order Request listing is purchased with this listing to customize your piece further.
