Dhankuta is village name that is situated in the eastern part of Nepal & this type of Khukuri is made there, hence it is called Dhankute Khukuri. I made this A stunningly beautiful scabbard that is crafted of horn & hand inlayed brass depictions of Nepal's national symbols such as King's crown, National Flag, National Bird called Danfe, Gurkha insignia; crossed Khukuri, National Fish etc. It comes with horn handle. The weight of this Khukuri is only 450 grams. It has 10" Blade (Overall length with handle is 15").
