If you like our Miles vanity, but really don't want to see the P-trap, our Parker vanity base will be the perfect fit. As always, all of our products are built to your specs, so please inquire as to what your needs are. THIS LISTING IS SPECIFICALLY FOR A 36"W x 21"D x 33"H Vanity. If you want another size please message us here on Etsy or email us at questions@urbanironcraft.com so we can make something to fit your needs. Notes: A typical countertop hangover is 1/2" - 1" on the front & sides. The countertop will be flush on the backside. So if you'd like a 36"W x 22"D top, order the base as 35"W x 21.5"D Construction: 1/4" x 3" strap 1/4" x 1" strap up top to support the stone Finishes: (Shown in Steel Gray) We offer all sorts of designer finishes. Pricing is based on the cost of material & the tiers of difficulty in the process. Some finishes are much more labor intense than others. Shipping Options: Freight: With this option, it'll arrive on a pallet, at the bottom of your driveway or curbside. You'll be responsible for getting it off the pallet & into your home or business. White Glove: With this service, they will call you to schedule delivery. They'll bring it in to your room of choice & will discard of all packaging.
