According to them, it says "Tafkeerah/تفكيرة" ("Souvenir") in a very curvy & figurative Arabic script. I couldn't find any hallmarks but got it tested for silver at the jeweler's. 5.8 cm in diameter, weight 43 grams. Nice vintage / antique condition, white patina.
