1996 yearbook / Cross stitch booklet, containing both cross stitch patterns & calendar, designed by the beloved Gerda Bengtsson - famous for her cross stitch patterns inspired by nature. The book is in Danish, English & German. The 1996 edition is extremely rare, due to the fact, that the motifs in this booklet are identical to the motifs in the 1975 edition.... I guess that's why not many was sold in 1996. Haandarbejdets Fremme published the same motifs as a tribute to Gerda Bengtsson, who was 95 years old in 1996, & the 1975 edition was/is a masterpiece. PLEASE NOTICE: This is for the collector who wants the entire collection! The haandarbejdets fremme booklets came out each year in Denmark, & was used as calendars as well as for cross stitching. Each year the theme changed, this 1996 is themed "Culinary Herbs", & features 12 beautiful motifs. Every motif is presented both in color & in cross stitch guide version.
