Hand loomed textile from Guatemala that would look great as a runner on a piece of furniture or as a wall hanging. There is a lot of detail as well as time spent in creating this. Colors are excellent & the weaving is expertly done. The person who made this knew what they were doing in choosing the colors & design. I recognize the birds in the design but don't know what some of the other designs are. This appears unused & is clean & probably about 40 years of age. Measures 44" plus 9" in tassles & 18 wide.
