Each cup is custom made to order Tumblers hold 20 ounces Design is permanently engraved into the tumbler. It will not fade or wash away. 100% dishwasher safe. Double wall vacuum insulated construction can be used for both hot & cold liquids All engraving is silver & cannot be changed. Shipping Details: Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the USPS website to update. If your order arrives damaged, photo proof will be required within 24 hours of receiving the order.
