PLEASE NOTE: while there is a light bond on the back of the patch; Since the patch contains fringes, the best method of applying this patch is to sew around the edges, if putting on clothes or to use some type of fabric glue for craft projects, backpacks etc. I WOULD HAND WASH IF APPLYING ON CLOTHING & then lightly use your fingers to puff out the fringes again.
