Live painting is a great way to entertain guests on your special day. Not only do you get a keepsake that you can hold onto forever, but it's an experience for you & your guests to enjoy seeing a moment captured in real life. THE PROCESS First Steps - Contact me through Etsy massage to see if your date is available & we can discuss your plans for your event. Once I confirm the date is available, I will send you packages & pricing which includes all expenses. Once you confirm your package I will send you an agreement & link for deposit payment. We will set up a time for Google meet to discuss process, vision for painting & steps for moving forward. The Day Of - I'll arrive about 2 hours before the start of the ceremony or the reception (whichever scene we decide to paint) to set up & get started on sketching the background. I'll continue to sketch & paint while the event is occurring. I'll be taking photos & videos before & throughout the event to make sure I capture everything to reference when continuing the sketching/painting. By the end of the event, the completed painting will be ready for you to take home & cherish forever. All packages include a finished oil/acrylic painting to take home by the end of your event. If you would like more adjustments after the painting is completed, you will be invoiced $75 per studio hour spent & shipping costs. If I cannot finish the painting in the allotted time, I will complete in my studio at no additional cost. I am willing to travel anywhere in the world! Please keep travel costs in mind when budgeting for your event. A deposit of $350 of the package price is due to secure the date of your event. The remaining amount & any travel fees will be due 10 days before the date of the event. In case of cancelation of your event for any reason, I will retain the deposit. If I have to cancel before your event for any reason, the deposit will be returned to you. Rescheduling may be available if my calendar is open on the new date. All paintings are painted on a cotton stretched canvas.
