A few of my friends started running 5ks. I frequently donate to the foundations they run but can't bring myself to run any. I thought I might help a little by whipping these up for my friends & their kids who had completed 5ks. They came out soooo good, I thought there was likely others out there who e participated in 5ks & other big achievements & really want some tangible to remind them of the truly outstanding achievements.
