It is normal for items to have white streaks or to have a slight vinegar odor upon arrival. This should disappear after the first wash. If your bag has gray "scuff" looking marks on the outside upon arrival, these are normal & should disappear with the first wash. You can also wipe the outside of a bag with a damp cloth & lay flat to dry. Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle with like colors using mild detergent. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low or hang dry (I have had better luck with hang drying, personally). Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean. KEEP in TOUCH!
