The customisation allows you to add the location of your special date to the sign, & to the place it's pointing towards. The map of the stars above is what they looked like at that precise moment & place in your life with 100% accuracy. For example, if the place you first met your partner was at a pub called 'The Red Lion', you would have the text 'The Red Lion' on the sign post & you would choose the pub option for the place for the sign to be pointing towards. Then, you would provide the time, date & location for me to generate a unique star map of how the sky would have looked at that moment in time. You can also choose the colour of the ink!
