If you are choosing a color from the color chart not listed in the drop down menu, you will enter it in the personalization section. Be sure to use the colors in the color chart photo in the listing photos. If you chose the option to personalize with names, type the name(s) for the pouch(es) in the personalization section. SHIPPING This item ships First Class Mail & tracking is included. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to faster shipping you can do so at checkout. Orders normally ship 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) not including shipping time. During peek season (Oct-Jan & March-June) there can be a delay in shipping up to 7-10 business days due to high volume of orders. We will update the listings at that time so correct estimates are given at checkout. We can't guarantee a delivery date, we can only give you an estimate. Once the package is picked up from USPS, it is in their control as far as delivery dates. We do not include invoices in packages. Each order is handmade to order.
