We do our best to fulfill orders ASAP but do not rush & compromise our quality. Customer Satisfaction: Warranty: If a product that you purchased is damaged in transit & brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery receipt, we will exchange the product at our cost. We ask that you repackage the damaged product in the original packaging if possible. We will send a shipping label to return the damaged product to us. We will either issue a refund on receipt of the damaged product or send you the same product as a replacement. Products can only be returned if purchased in the last 30 days & are packaged in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
