We work directly with you to ensure that your designs are not only of the highest quality, but that they are printed & shipped to you in a timely manner. Whatever the design, you think it & we'll ink it! Choose from our various fonts & colors or let us know another font or color you would like to use! The possibilities are endless, as we can print any text, image, logo, photo, or design you would like! We just ask that you send us any files or images via our Etsy chat. If that doesn't work for some reason, you can always send your files over email to etsycustomchampions@gmail.com HOW TO ORDER: 1. Select the garment size & color 2. Add your text/personalization request 3. Choose your text color & font 4. Choose the location of your design (i.e. Left Chest, Center Chest, Right Chest, Upper Back, Middle Back, Lower Back, etc...) 5. Select the quantity 6. Click 'Add to Cart' 7. Repeat steps 1-6 for multiple item orders Don't worry, we will send you a mockup of your design before printing so you're pleased with your purchase even before receiving it! CARE INSTRUCTIONS Wash items inside out in cold water. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Do not iron directly on the design. Tumble dry low. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING Processing 1-3 days. First Class shipping with tracking is 2-5 business days (after processing time). If you need an item earlier, please upgrade your shipping accordingly. If you have an issue with the shipment of your order, contact us within 15 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date. in some cases, you may need to reach out to the shipping carrier directly. 5. To make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible, please make sure you submit the correct order details at checkout.
