Pouch is not preformed with elastic, you form the pouch as tight as you need for your own personal fit. This design allows for maximum comfort & adjustment. Head section can be turned back as much as you like for a perfect fit. Outer fabric is 100% premium quality cotton, preshrunk. The ponytail section is lined with polyester which helps reduce friction that can cause over drying & split ends.. Ribbons are treated to prevent fraying. Pattern placement will vary on each hat.
