This is an interesting 1966 Bill of Rights First Day Cover FDC First Day Cover celebrating the Commemorating the 175th Anniversary of the Bill of Rights . This cachet is much larger than the normal FDC with a nice insert from International Paper. Not seen any others like this. It measures 11.25" by 4.35".
