At the back it carries a sticker in the center with the title in French " portrait de jeune fille arménienne " & in Armenian with the number 9. Another sticker in right up corner is from the Atelier, which is in Limoges. The porcelain used is Limoges. The porcelain has the image of the girl printed on & there are oil colors mostly on the clothes of the young Armenian girl. I believe the artist is Armenian, it is signed.
