This bowl is gorgeous! It is a vintage fleur-de-lis patterned bowl made in Japan. It is marked K Japan. There are so many different markings on old Japanese pottery. This marking with the K looks to date back to the 1940s or possibly older. It is exciting to find this bowl with no crazing. in my research, many of the pieces with this marking have crazing due to age. This bowl is in very nice condition! It has some splatter from hand-painting, as well as some dull edges, however shows incredibly for it's age. It would make fabulous decor! It measures about 10.75" x 2.25".
