( I can change color if wanted) - Material is Glitter Cardstock paper & the flowers are also handmade out of cardstock paper. - Size is the standard graduation topper 9.5 x 9.5 inches, with centered hole in the middle. (If you'd like to change size or add hole, please leave a note or message me) - Processing time is 5 weeks for these customized toppers due to high volume of orders.
