This is a beautiful true vintage blouse from the seventies, made in Germany. The blouse has nice small polka dot pattern, it has a tie to adjust it on the back, a nice ruffle basque & lovely tiny buttons on the front. Also as you see, the cuffs are nice. The measurements are taken lying flat & then doubled.
