High Victorian neck with sheer mesh on the front chest, low back & sleeves. Long slender sleeves. Layered sheer skirt with hi low front opening & back angled opening. Skirt is lined. Perfect for a formal event or prom! Tag says small but will fit up to a medium size but please double check measurements below.
