Vietnam Ancient Red Tea What is black tea? Red tea, simply as the Chinese call it, because the color of the tea is ruby or red-brown after steeping & brewing the tea. in addition, red tea is also called black tea (black tea) from the Western name based on the color of the tea leaves after being dried. Old Shan Tuyet red tea: Black tea is produced from the process of full fermentation, 100% oxidation of the leaves & young buds of the green tea plant, has a light aroma, less acrid & is almost suitable for the majority of Vietnamese people's taste. Ingredients: Shan Tuyet tea buds are fermented into Shan Tuyet Hong Tra Characteristics: Reddish brown water color, natural aroma of ancient tea tree, slightly acrid taste, slightly sour, sweet aftertaste. INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING TEA: Clean & heat tea utensils (tea tastes better when using earthenware). Ideal water temperature: 85 - 90 degrees Celsius (no mineral water). Garnish the tea or brew it directly depending on your habits. (leave off the first water when the outside temperature is below 15 degrees Celsius). Use 5g - 8g of tea for each brew, capacity of 150ml of water. Tea brewing time should not be more than one minute, depending on your preference to drink dark - light.
