Spare train parts are on the ground to his left & a sack full of finished toys is on the right. It is number HN 2250 & is called "The Toymaker." This design was issued in England in 1959 & retired in 1973. Designed by M. Nicoll. Excellent condition showing no chips, scratches, crazing or repairs. Measurements: Approximately 6-1/4" tall; base is 5-1/4" wide. Your item will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition.
