Beautiful Mitra shell handmade necklace. I used a vintage Mitra shell & made a sprial copper wire bail with a hammered s-hook above to accent the warm orange tone of the shell. I used solid bronze paperclip chain & finished it with 2 honey opal colored handmade lampwork glass beads & fashioned them into a decorative hook clasp using bronze wire. The chain is 30-1/2" long. The shell has an off white background with orange spots & natural imperfections. The shell is approximately 4" long. It weights 33 grams & the total weight of the necklace is 39 grams.
