Hoya kerrii This vibrant green living heart is a sweet way to tell someone you love them. Makes the perfect gift for so many occasions ~ Fully rooted single leaf Hoya in a 2.5" plastic grow pot. Hearts are 2.5" ~ 3" tall & wide. Overall height with pot is 4.5." These plants can live as hearts for many years without vining or growing larger. Easy care. Need very bright, indirect light. No directl sun exposure. Water when dry. Allow to dry before watering again. Fertilize with a balanced fertilizer at half strength once monthly during the growing season (April - August). This plant will fit the majority of our mini pots ~ & in most cases the grow pot can just be dropped inside the decorative outer pot.
