Four stereopticon cards from the late 1800's depicting African American laborers in cotton fields in Georgia , with a cotton bale in Alabama, & loading sugar in New Orleans. The two similar cards of "Plantation in Georgia" are dated 1895 & a lengthy description of cotton cultivation is printed on the back. The cards are somewhat stained, but the powerful images are still quite clear.
