What is the case made of? - The cases are made of hard clear plastic. - The cases consist of a top & bottom parts. - The print can be made on the top part only. 2. How can you pay for the case? - You can use all major credit cards & PayPal. - We can't accept any checks or cash. - If you have any questions, please, read this article. When should you expect delivery? - Handling time may differ due the season. As a rule, it 3-5 business days or 1-3 weeks. You can check current handling time while making an order or message a shop owner. Please allow some delays while different fests & natural disasters. - We are not responsible for the delivery, but we will be happy to ship your case as soon as possible. Delivery, as a rule, takes 5 days for USA & 1-4 weeks for worldwide (the time of mailing depends on the place of destination). - Please contact us if you have any questions about delivery & shipping - we will help you! 4. What if you need to exchange or return the case? - All cases can be exchanged (except custom). - A customer can't get a refund if the case was in use or damaged because of a customer. - To get a refund or an exchange just message us & describe the situation. Please, attach photos of the case. - We do not offer a paid shipping labels. According to Etsy policy customer is responsible for the return costs. - An exchange or refund is possible only after sending the case back to us. Please, don't forget to send us a tracking number. - Refund or sending another case can take up to 10 days. 5. What if you made a mistake in your address/name/etc.? - We can change the info about your order for 24 hours after receiving the order. - If you message us later, there can be a chance that the case has already printed & shipped. 6. Warnings. -Do not use alcohol to clean your case, it may damage the print. Using sanitizers are possible, but we recommend to make a test
