This Listing is for ONE (1) "Allegedly" balloon banner ~Size~ Each letter measures approximately 13.5 inches tall when fully inflated. The graduation cap is approximately 18 inches tall. The letter balloons do NOT float with helium. You can fill the cap balloons with air, but if you want them to float you will need to fill with helium ~Color~ Letters are available in gold, black, red, hot pink, & rose gold. Color shown is gold. Graduation Cap is available in black only ~Assembly~ Your balloons will arrive flat & deflated. You can inflate them with the straw that we provide in your package. We will also provide you with string to hang your banner! You can also tape your balloons directly to the wall/backdrop. ~Delivery~ Balloon banners ship same or next day when ordered alone.
