What a beauty! This is an antique beaded coin purse from the 1930's. This is a Tam O'Shanter design. The top is metal, some form of unmarked silver or silverplate, you can see the tarnish. It is hinged with a button release, & it functions perfectly. Beautiful raised repousse profile of a lady. The beading on this one really stands out...It is a pinwheel design with the wheels being pink & white, set against a deep red or mauve background with some intermitted green beads accenting. There is some dust in the top few rows, but I do not see any beading missing. This coin purse measures 2 & 3/4" by 2 & 3/4".
