Antique hand fan, an advertising piece with beautiful yellow sunflowers, wood handles & advertising info on back! We could not find out anything about the advertiser, "Metrakos Bros Dealers in Pure Candy & Fruits & the Largest & Best Ice Cream Parlor in Montreal". The fan was made by Chambrelent Paris, France. It most likely dates from the late 1800's - early 1900's. Closed, it measures 8 1/2" long, open, it measures 14 1/2" wide & there are 12 panels. The piece is in antique condition, good with some creasing & small tears, color is good, would look great framed, please see all photos. Offbeat Avenue uses recycled packaging when available.
