Tag Says: No Tag This shirt is an awesome & rare keepsake from the skateboarding scene of the 1980s, & it celebrates the accomplished professional skateboarder Steve Caballero. The shirt is copyright 1980, which was the same year that Caballero went pro. Shortly before competing in his first Gold Cup Series in California, the skater was approached by the skateboard company Powell Peralta, who offered him a sponsorship deal. Caballero ending up joining the company's famous skate team the Bones Brigade, when he was still just a teenager, & he appeared in several of their skate videos alongside other legendary skaters like Mike McGill, Lance Mountain, Tommy Guerrero, Alan Gelfand, Rodney Mullen, & Tony Hawk. Outside of skateboarding, Cabellero has also been a member of the California-based hardcore band the Faction, whose members have all been notable skateboarders.
