Description
Pair Point MFG Co. cream & open sugar set. Quadruple silver plated with embossed apple tree branches with apples on each side. The rim is scalloped & folded down facing the inside or outside of the rim in a random fashion. To make this set slightly quirky & fun the manufacturer also placed a single stitched pattern slightly under the rim on both side. Both are made in open style with no lids. The sugar is double handled. Each has manufacturers mark on the base. This set has age appropriate wearing of the silver & the inside of the sugar container does have some deeper scratches down to the metal from utensils, which have cause a few dots of rusting as seen in picture 8. The metal is thick so no holes or dents are present. C. 1890!
