This Is a Coach Zip Portfolio in beautiful burgundy leather with a solid brass zipper. Coach assigned Style number5245 to the Zip Portfolio. Although Coach began marketing this portfolio in the 1980s years before the prevalence of laptops, notebooks, & smart phones its timeless design makes this portfolio perfect for carrying your electronics in a protected safe environment. This is a large unisex portfolio that can handle your modern organization needs in a slim space. It has a three sided double zip closure that opens into a black textured leather lined compartment with multiple pockets that will conveniently meet your modern organizational demands. Inside there are legal & letter sized pockets that will hold your documents as well as your electronic notebook & smart phone. It also has a large gusseted pocket that expands to hold books, or, these days, a 15 inch laptop. ( See photo 2 - this portfolio easily stores my notebook, phone & laptop. The laptop is a Dell Inspiron 3000 with a 15 inch display.) There is also a separate pocket for business cards & two leather pen & pencil sleeves. It was available in the following colors: Black, British tan, Burgundy, mahogany, Mocha, Tabac, All colors came with a black textured leather lined interior. We would be happy to show you our vintage catalog on request. Condition This portfolio is in very good but used condition. It has no rips, tears or holes. The zipper functions properly. It is structurally sound. It has its original Coach hang tag.
