SHIPPING - We ship from GREENVILLE, SC - so if you're located closer to the west coast, delivery time will be on the longer end of the estimated delivery date range. - We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date & do not issue refunds if it comes later than you thought it would, so choose shipping level accordingly. - Free shipping on orders over $35! (with full tracking) SHIPPING LEVELS - Default: this is the equivalent of a postage stamp, & tracking will be VERY limited & unreliable; 2-8 business days in transit - First Class: full tracking; 2-5 business days in transit - Priority: full tracking, fast delivery; 1-3 business days in transit If you do not upgrade to a higher shipping class, your order will most likely stay marked "pre-transit" until it's delivered to you, as they don't get scanned as reliably as first class & priority items do.
