This is an attractive specimen of hemimorphite. I just love the color zoning from bright blue to a more tan from one side to the other. Glistening luster too! Hemimorphite is a zinc silicate mineral, & often forms in association with its "cousin", smithsonite (zinc carbonate). Just beautiful material coming out of the Republic of Congo right now!
