Each Board is sanded using three progressively finer grades of sandpaper for a silky smooth finish, then soaked in food grade mineral oil, penetrating the pores of the wood, then finished up with a custom, food safe board butter (a mixture of mineral oil & beeswax). NEVER soak in water or wash in the dishwasher.
