The USPS 2-3 day priority shipping is only a ESTIMATED delivery time & not a GUARANTEED delivery time. Please understand that any delays in shipping are out of my shops control once we have turned over your order to the shipping company. ITEM LOST in MAIL If your item isn't receive. After 15 days past original shipping date, we can file a claim with the shipping company & at that point make you another & re-ship your lost item. It is rare that this happens, but we also know this can happen. ITEM DAMAGED in TRANSIT We know this can happen & we know it is frustrating! We will try to make this process as painless as possible. Please send a picture or two detailing the damage to the door hanger & the shipping box within 24 hours of receiving your order. A replacement will be made & sent after receiving the pictures of the damaged item showing that it has been destroyed & can NOT be used. Please hold onto the sign & all shipping material. The shipping company might need to inspect it. We will submit the claim, but might require additional information. All signs are made from birch plywood, each sign could vary slightly from pictures.
