The soft, natural colors of this textile amazing. It measures 17 inches wide by 86 inches long, plus fringe.It is 100% cotton. It is a gorgeous textile that was woven on a back strap loom in the highlands of Guatemala. It could used as a table runner. It could be cut & made into stunning pillow covers. It is very beautiful. The thread was dyed using all natural dyes. The dyes come from local plants found in & around San Juan La Laguna. The textle itself was woven by an association of women called Voz de los Tz'utujiles The last picture is of some of the ladies in the cooperative that wove this beautiful textile.
