This piece is hallmarked B.H.J & 18ct. Along with the word PATENT. It has a t bar at the top to be held in the button hole of a jacket pocket. The chain features four leaf clovers & the main pendent is riding crop sitting inside a horse shoe that revolves in & out. Barnet Henry Joseph (B.H. Joseph & Co, 1865-1929). The business of manufacturing & wholesale jewelers was commenced by Barnet Henry Joseph & his brother Henry Joseph in 1865 in Birmingham. From 1878 B.H.
