Materials: acrylic & 23 carat gold leaf on a stretched canvas print Dimensions: 8 x 8 x 0.75 inches The original icon depicted on this stretched canvas print was hand-painted by Anna Poloz Icons with inspiration from the contemporary iconography movement in Lviv, Ukraine & from the tradition of the ancient Russian & Byzantine styles. It was then photographed & printed on stretched canvas. Acrylic paint & metal leaf were then applied over certain sections of the print to give it a partially hand-painted quality.
