We do nit recommend to use alcohol to clean your phone case, it may damage the print. If you need the case to a concrete date, please, let us know, we will do everything possible to help. Shipping: - The cases can be shipped via different couriers, so if you have any isses with the tracking, please, let us know. - Delivery time differ due to different shipping services. For the USA, it may take 3-5 business days. International packages need 1-5 weeks to arrive. Issues with the item: - If your package arrives damaged or destroyed, please, message the shop owner.
